Petrol price cut by Rs2.93, diesel hiked by Re0.61 per litre

The federal government on Monday reduced the price of petrol by Rs2.93 per litre while raising the rate of high-speed diesel (HSD) by Re0.61 per litre in line with fluctuations in global oil markets.Following the adjustment, petrol will cost Rs395.37 per litre, whereas high-speed diesel will be sold at Rs396.85 per litre.
