Detectives investigating the rape of a woman in south-west London have released images of a man they wish to speak to.
An probe was launched around 1.30am on Monday, October 21, 2024, after it was reported that a 19-year-old woman had been raped hours before at a residential address in Prince’s Road, Teddington.
Detectives carried out urgent enquiries, including the review of CCTV and doorbell camera footage and forensic examinations.
Nearly two years on, police have released images of a man they would like to speak with.
Detective Constable Felicity Briggs, who is leading the Met’s investigation, said: “I’d like to firstly commend the bravery of the victim in this case, who we have continued to support alongside our partner agencies.
“Since the launch of the investigation, our team have worked hard, examining all the available evidence, to identify the man responsible and hold him accountable.
