Kelly Osbourne Says the Photos From the Brit Awards Shocked Her: “I Didn’t Know That I Looked Like That Until I Saw the Pictures”

Looking back at the images, she said: “When I saw them, I couldn’t f****** believe it. I was as shocked as everyone else.”

Osbourne, 41, denied having an eating disorder and described struggling to care for herself: “I just couldn’t do anything for myself. Eating made me feel like I wanted to throw up.”

She described the past year as the “worst year” of her life. She split from fiancé Sid Wilson, who shares her 3-year-old son, Sydney, with her, and her father, Ozzy Osbourne, died in July 2025.

“It felt like everything inside me was dead, and I didn’t want my son to see me like this,” she said. Osbourne said she visited her father’s grave with a white candle, writing a wish on it asking him to help her.

The following day, her mother, Sharon Osbourne, arrived with therapist and life coach Chris Miller. Kelly initially thought her mother was sending her to rehab. She credits Miller with saving her life and changing her “in so many ways I never thought possible”.

Discussing the comments about her weight loss, Osbourne said she’d asked for understanding while dealing with grief privately. “No one knows what people are dealing with in private. I was just sad. I don’t wish that pain on anyone ever. And to do that in front of everyone just sucked.”
