Gov’t to begin Social Housing construction in 2027 – NHF CEO

The National Housing Fund has announced that the government is expected to begin the construction of social housing projects in 2027 as part of efforts to expand access to affordable homes for Ghanaians.Chief Executive Officer of the National Housing Fund, Prosper Hoetu, said preparations for the projects were ongoing, with work currently focused on designs, discussions with relevant stakeholders and the identification of suitable locations.
