After ‘Dying Out Loud,’ loved ones remember Kansas City podcaster with colon cancer

Kris Saim, the Kansas City man who started a podcast about living with terminal colon cancer, died Saturday at age 52.“Kris will be remembered for his resilience, his unwavering positivity, and his insistence that we should not save our final words of gratitude for the end,” a memorial posted to his podcast’s Instagram account said.
