Union Secretary reviews Chennai’s waste processing and recycling facilities

Officials from the GCC and Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board participated in the inspectionsUnion Housing and Urban Affairs Secretary Satendra Singh inspected four facilities, including a biogas plant, a tertiary sewage treatment plant, an electric vehicle maintenance workshop and the Kodungaiyur dump yard, operated by the Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC), on Saturday.
