Pension age increase confirmed for anyone born after April 6, 1973

The increase comes alongside changes to the State Pension age.A pension age increase for anyone in the UK born on or after April 6, 1973, has been confirmed by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).The government is raising the normal minimum pension age (NMPA) in the UK from 55 to 57, with the change due to come into effect on April 6, 2028.
