Multi-vehicle crash blocking part of I-24 at the Ohio River Bridge

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (Heartland News) – Authorities are warning drivers of a traffic hazard on Interstate 24 at the Ohio River Bridge in McCracken County, Kentucky.

The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office said it is currently investigating a multiple vehicle collision located in the westbound lane of I-24 on the Ohio River Bridge near the 1-mile marker 1.

The westbound lanes are blocked at this time.

The sheriff’s office said emergency services and wrecker services are on scene, working to clear the crash.

Drivers are asked to avoid westbound I-24 traffic at this time.

The lanes will be closed for about one to two hours.
