Stephen Biebelhausen, a 30-year-old US emergency medicine physician and former college runner, was aiming for a fast mile when he entered Cleveland’s Guardian Mile with his one-year-old daughter, Blake, in a stroller.He hoped to beat the event’s 4-minute 44-second course record, but did not expect to challenge the world record.
