“I Support Bawumia But He Will Never Become President His Promises Are Still Unfulfilled” — Woman
According to a Post by kansemtvgh on Facebook Official account on Wednesday, Oct 7, 2026, a Ghanaian woman has shared her opinion on the political future of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, saying that although she remains a supporter of him, she does not believe he will eventually become President of Ghana.
According to the woman, her support for Bawumia does not necessarily mean she expects him to win the presidency. She explained that she would continue standing behind him while expressing doubts about his chances in a future presidential election.
In a video shared by Ghbrain on October 7, 2026, the woman raised concerns about what she described as a lack of a convincing political message from Bawumia. She also questioned some of the promises and statements associated with his time in government.
She referred to an alleged promise involving the construction of a toilet facility at Agbogbloshie, suggesting that such issues could influence how some Ghanaians view politicians and their commitments.
The woman also brought up Bawumia’s previous comments about digitalisation and the introduction of drones, questioning whether some of the ideas and promises presented to Ghanaians had produced the expected results.
She further warned that continuing along the same political path could affect the New Patriotic Party’s prospects ahead of the 2028 general election.
Her comments have drawn attention because she openly combined her support for Bawumia with a prediction that he may not succeed in his presidential ambition.
The views expressed by the woman are her personal opinions and do not necessarily represent the position of Bawumia or the NPP.
