The incident reportedly occurred when Koffi Olomide was performing as part of the celebrations marking Fred Ombachi Machoka’s 50th anniversary in the media industry.

What was expected to be a memorable occasion turned into a talking point after the Congolese music star was seen leaving the stage following an apparent disagreement.

According to the circulating footage, the misunderstanding arose while the audience was waiting for Machoka to join the musician on stage for a cake-cutting ceremony.

Koffi Olomide reportedly remained on stage waiting for the host, but Machoka was occupied attending to leaders and other guests who had attended the celebrations.

Machoka’s 50th anniversary was an important milestone, bringing together guests, leaders and entertainment personalities to celebrate his long career in the media industry.

However, the reported disagreement has shifted attention away from the celebrations, with many social media users debating whether the situation could have been handled differently.

Some fans have directed blame at Koffi Olomide, arguing that the musician should have remained patient and shown understanding towards his host, who was reportedly attending to other guests.
