CII Summit At JNTU Kakinada Today; Pawan Kalyan To Address Seminar

Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB) chief executive officer (CEO) S. Shan Mohan has underlined that the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Summit would be held at the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK) on Monday.

The summit is aimed at accelerating industrial development, attracting investments, and creating international business opportunities for local entrepreneurs.

Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan will participate in a seminar on the occasion.

Shan Mohan said the CII Summit would create awareness among entrepreneurs about government incentives, bank loan facilities, single desk portal, simplified business permits, investment opportunities, and integration of local industries with large corporations.

The summit will not only help create new market opportunities for local industries, but also help transform youth from job seekers into job creators.

The APEDB CEO asked entrepreneurs, business people, and aspiring young individuals to make the most of the summit and become partners in industrial development.

On Sunday, Shan Mohan visited the JNTUK campus to inspect arrangements made for the CII Summit. He checked out the main conference venue, the AP Pavilion, MSME exhibition, and stalls for local products and One District-One Product.

Those who accompanied the APEDB CEO included Kakinada district collector M.N. Harendhira Prasad, joint collector Apoorva Bharat, District Industries general manager Ch. Ganapathi, APIIC zonal manager A. Ramana Reddy and CII representatives.

He asked officials to ensure that the delegates to the summit face no inconvenience.
