Abuja CBD to get 22-storey mixed-use building
A 22-storey mixed-use building is planned for Abuja’s Central Business District, with proposed facilities including residential apartments, office spaces, restaurants and recreational amenities. The project, known as Tri Tower Abuja, is being developed by PromiseLand Estate, led by its Chief Executive Officer, Ambassador Lawrence Emmanuel. According to information released by the developer, the building will accommodate studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, as well as four-bedroom penthouses. The proposed facilities also include retail outlets, restaurants, lounges, a swimming pool, a gym and wellness centre. The building is expected to provide office accommodation and serviced apartments, with provisions for short-let rentals. Tags:
