21 Kenyan Free-to-Air TV Stations on the Brink of Shutdown

The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) has listed 21 commercial free-to-air television licensees facing license revocation, alongside voluntary license surrenders and fresh applications across the telecommunications, broadcasting and courier sectors.In a Gazette Notice dated October 9, the regulator stated that the revocations would take effect within seven days of publication, after which the affected stations would cease operations, and their assigned resources would revert to the Authority.
