You’ve Always Been A Strong Woman- Charly Boy Pens Tribute To Wife After Undergoing Major Surgery

Nigerian entertainer Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, has penned an emotional tribute to his wife after she underwent major surgery, expressing confidence in her recovery and urging her to take each step at her own pace.

The veteran entertainer shared the message on social media, revealing that his wife underwent the surgery two days earlier and had already begun trying to walk again.

According to him, she would need to relearn how to walk, but he encouraged her not to rush the recovery process or become discouraged by the challenges ahead.

“My love, one step at a time. I know you will get back on your feet, and when you do, you will look back at this moment and smile at how far you have come,” he wrote.

Charly Boy praised his wife for her strength, saying she had endured life with him and reminding her that being strong also meant allowing herself time to rest, learn and recover.

“You have always been a strong woman, living with the madness that’s Charly Boy, but remember, strength is not just about doing everything on your own. It is also about giving yourself the grace to learn, to rest, and to try again,” he said.

He further encouraged her to celebrate every little progress she made, assuring her that family and loved ones were cheering her on as she worked towards walking confidently again.

“Keep going, my love. We are cheering you on, and I can’t wait to see you walking confidently again. One day at a time, one step at a time. You’ve got this!” he added.

The entertainer also appealed to his followers to wish his wife well as she continues her recovery, writing, “My people, please wish my wife well.”
