Veteran Indian actor Nana Patekar reportedly died aged 75 after a suspected cardiac arrest at his residence in Goa on Thursday, October 8, 2026. Indian media reports said his son, Malhar Patekar, confirmed his death.

Patekar was reportedly found unconscious at home and rushed to Manipal Hospital, where doctors attempted to revive him for about 45 minutes. He was later cremated with full state honours near Pune, Maharashtra.
