By Shereen Siewert | Wausau Pilot & ReviewA Tomahawk mother charged with homicide in her 5-year-old daughter’s bathtub death avoided a jury trial Friday through a plea agreement that dropped the most serious charge in the case.Katelyn Nardi, 27, was convicted Oct. 9 in Lincoln County Circuit Court of neglecting a child resulting in death, a Class D felony.
