Three dead in two Lahore road accidents
Three persons lost their lives and three became critically injured during two road accidents in Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
The first accident took place in Motorway M-2 South in which two persons died and two others received injuries.
Spokesman of Motorway Police Syed Imran Ahmad said that the accident occurred when an Alto car collided with another vehicle which was running ahead.
Soon after receiving the report, Motorway Police, Tiger Squad and DSP rushed to the spot and shifted the dead and injured persons to hospital.
A man who was riding a motorcycle died and another became injured when a car hit their motorcycle in Defence area of Lahore.
One person died on the spot, and another became critically injured.
The injured person was later identified as Shehzad and the identification of dead person is still unknown.
The driver of the vehicle escaped from the scene soon after the accident.
