The FC Barcelona squad for visit of Getafe

It’s matchday! This Saturday, after 22 days without club football due to the international break, FC Barcelona are back in action. The Catalans host Getafe at Spotify Camp Nou at 6.30pm CEST.

Barça go into the game as outright leaders, having taken maximum points from their opening seven matches. However, Hansi Flick will be without Christensen, Frenkie de Jong, Roony Bardghji and Raphinha. The Danish centre-back was injured in the final game before the break, away to Sevilla, while the Brazilian forward picked up a knock on international duty. As Flick confirmed in his press conference, Raphinha will miss the Getafe game.

First-team player Joan Garcia has been given the medical all-clear and will be available for selection by Hansi Flick for today’s match against Getafe CF.

Hansi Flick has therefore named a 22-man squad for FC Barcelona v Getafe: Joan Garcia, Cancelo, Balde, Fariñas, Cubarsí, Gavi, Fermín, Pedri, Gabriel Jesus, Lamine Yamal, Xavi Espart, Szczesny, Adeyemi, Rodrigo, Gordon, Gerard Martin, Olmo, Bernal, Kounde, Eric Garcia, Livakovic and Abdelkarim.
