Drug possessionSAYRE BOROUGH — Brian Arno Nichols, 48, of Owego, was charged by Sayre Borough Police Officer Thomas Zebrowski with one count each of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following an alleged incident at the Spring Street Dandy.
