PM Robinah Nabbanja: Nobat Events will only be released after paying back SACCO money

The Rt. Hon. Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja has disclosed that she ordered the arrest of motor-mouthed events promoter Norbert Twizire alias Nobat Events on charges related to fraud.She explained that Nobat and a group of his friends stormed her office during one of her meetings and where given money summing upto Shs 1Billion.
