King Charles pays Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s £1.5m repair bill for Royal Lodge

The King privately funded the repairs to the former Duke of York’s home.King Charles privately funded the £1.5m repairs needed on Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s former home, Royal Lodge, it is understood. It is understood that the money comes from the King’s private income and covers what the disgraced former prince owed his former landlord, the Crown Estate.
