Imo West Senate seat: Court orders arrest of Okorocha, Araraume, others for alleged conspiracy, forgery

A senior magistrate Court sitting in Abuja has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of former governor of Imo State, Senator Rochas Okorocha and a former Senator, Ifeanyi Araraume, for criminal conspiracy, forgery and tendering of false documents.Also ordered to be arrested are Timothy Ama Chuks and Amen Okorocha, who conspired with Rochas Okorocha to forge and tender false APC results, claiming to have been won by the former governor.
