I Did So Many Surgeries That My Doctor Had To Tell Me To Stop, God Made Oyin Stand By Me-Adesanya

Nollywood actress and producer, Toyosi Adesanya, has revealed that she underwent several surgeries during a difficult period in her life, disclosing that one of the procedures left her in a coma and frightened her husband, Ajibola Oyin Adejobi.

Adesanya made this known during an interview on Oyinmomo TV on Friday, October 9, 2026, where she recounted the medical challenges she experienced and how her husband supported her through the difficult moments.

The actress explained that she underwent numerous surgical procedures, to the extent that her doctor eventually advised her to stop undergoing further surgeries.

“I did so many surgeries to the extent that my doctor had to tell me to stop,” she said.

Adesanya described her husband’s support during that period as an act of God’s intervention, expressing gratitude that Adejobi remained by her side despite the difficulties they faced.

“But God of wonders made Ajibola Oyin Adejobi stand by me,” she added.

The actress further recounted a particularly frightening experience when one of the surgeries reportedly left her in a coma, a development that caused her husband considerable fear and emotional distress.

“I once did a surgery that led me to a comma. He got scared and started regretting,” Adesanya said.

Her account offered a glimpse into the personal challenges she and her husband experienced during the period, particularly the uncertainty surrounding her health and the risks associated with the surgical procedures.
