Harsimrat asks women to take on Punjab’s drug mafia

SAD MP Harsimrat Badal addresses a women’s rally on SaturdayBathinda: Bathinda MP Harsimrat Kaur Badal on Saturday accused the Bhagwant Mann-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) govt in Punjab of being solely responsible for turning ‘Rangla Punjab’ into ‘Nasheela Punjab’ and urged women in the state to take on the drug mafia.Addressing two women’s rallies at Jaito and Kotkapura in Faridkot district, she said the chief minister had failed to fulfil his promise of eradicating the drug menace in four months.Harsimrat said forms were being filled for women to join the “Mai Bhago Di Fauj”, which would serve as a bulwark against drug trafficking.
