Harry B Anyanwu Calls Mahama “Best President in Africa,” Urges Other Leaders to Learn From Him

Nollywood actor Harry B Anyanwu has heaped praise on President John Dramani Mahama, describing him as the best president in Africa and calling on other African leaders to take a page from his book.

The actor is in Ghana as part of the cast assembled by Lil Win for his project, A Journey to Africa, and his remarks came during his time with the production. According to him, Mahama’s leadership stands out on the continent, and he believes other presidents would do well to follow the example he has set.

The comments followed a disclosure by Lil Win to the cast that he had originally planned a visit to Jubilee House, which would have given the Nigerian stars the chance to meet President Mahama in person. That plan, however, had to be shifted because filming arrangements in Nzulezu required the meeting to be rescheduled.

The visit will now be tied to the film’s official premiere in Accra, where the cast is expected to have their opportunity to meet the President. Until then, the production continues, with the endorsement from Harry B adding a political flavour to what has largely been a film-focused trip.
