Organiser Back to Ours said it would be asking the community to tell them what they love about the city during a tour of neighbourhoods later this month.
More than 1,000 people took part in the first Our City event, which was held in Queen Victoria Square in March.
Louise Yates, artistic director and CEO of Back to Ours, said: "We'll be asking people some fun questions. Why is your area the best? What's your favourite place? And if your HU (area) were a song or a dance, what would it be?"
Organisers will be visiting neighbourhoods across the city from Friday 23 to Saturday 31 October.
The festival will run on Saturday 13 March.
