(WHP) — One person was hospitalized after a police chase in Dauphin County on Saturday.

The pursuit started around 11:11 a.m. on I-81, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Troopers said the pursuit ended on Arsenal Boulevard near its intersection with Herr Street in Susquehanna Township.

The driver of the vehicle was taken to the hospital for injuries, according to state police.

The reason for the pursuit is unclear, and the severity of any injuries is unknown.

State police is investigating but said there is no threat to the public.
