Young Apostles FC head coach Abdul Abu Hanan has promised supporters that his team will wreak havoc on Aduana FC this weekend when the two teams lock horns in the Ghana Premier League.

The Wenchi-based side will host the team from Dormaa on Sunday, in a Week Six fixture of the ongoing 2026/27 league campaign.

Speaking in his pre-match interview, Abu Hanan described the fixture as a big derby, stressing that his team has prepared to overcome Aduana FC and take all three points at the end of the showdown.

“It’s a big derby. Last season we played a 2-2 draw. We took a two-goal lead, but in the last minute they came in to equalise, and we drew. This season we don’t want to make such a mistake. I believe in my boys.

“We will cause a whole lot of havoc. We will do the same thing as last season. We will make sure to score early goals and make sure we maintain the lead,” Abu Hanan told Young Apostles TV.

The Week Six fixture between Young Apostles and Aduana FC will kick off at 3 pm at Wenchi Stadium on Sunday, October 11.
