A woman stands alone at a bus stop in Bhilwara, late at night. A car pulls up. The driver won’t take no for an answer. She was a police personnel in plain clothes, and a team was tracking her every move. In this video, Rajasthan police officer Neha Singh Rao recounts the two-day decoy operation she led in May this year, in which 15 women constables waited in public places to catch harassers, and 18 people were apprehended, some of them minors, some of them married men with children.
