McDonald’s rival is dousing customers with WATER & screaming threats if they break ‘25 second’ rule

A MCDONALD’S rival has started dousing customers with water outside the store if they break a newly imposed 25 second rule.The chain has an automated voice issuing ominous threats before a sprinkler system goes off.The Jack in the Box location in San Diego, California appeared to install the system to stave off homeless people who are loitering outside the store.
