MILLIONS of Americans will soon be banned from purchasing most brands of vapes.The law will affect more than 10,000 businesses and impose strict fines on violators.Pennsylvania is cracking down on vapes and e-cigarette use with a new law restricting the majority of brands.Governor Josh Shapiro approved only six companies to manufacture, distribute, and sell vapes and e-cigarettes beginning on October 19.
