Bandit: I Was Raging And I Told My Brother In Igbo“If They Sleep,I’ll Carry Gun And Kill Them-Victim

Titus Chukwuemeka has revealed how he secretly planned to use the kidnappers’ gun to kill them while he and his brother were being held captive after their abduction during a journey from Abuja to Enugu.

Speaking during an interview on Lucky Udu Experience on Friday, October 9, 2026, Chukwuemeka described the anger he felt inside while being held by the armed men, explaining that he privately shared his thoughts with his brother in Igbo.

According to him, although he was facing a dangerous situation, he considered the possibility of taking advantage of an opportunity to seize the kidnappers’ weapon and attack them while they were asleep.

He said, “Inside of me I was raging. I told my brother in Igbo ‘if these people sleep, I will carry their gun and kill all of them.'”

Chukwuemeka’s account reveals the intense anger and desperation he experienced during the ordeal, as he contemplated a way to escape from the armed men holding him and his brother captive.

The brothers were reportedly kidnapped by suspected herders while travelling from Abuja to Enugu. During the incident, the attackers allegedly opened fire, seized his brother and tied his hands before demanding N50 million in ransom.

His narration offers a glimpse into the psychological pressure kidnapping victims face while trying to survive captivity. Chukwuemeka’s private conversation with his brother also reflected his thoughts about fighting back against their captors despite the danger involved.
