The UK seaside town where anti-immigration protests ‘keep getting out of hand’ – ‘fed up’

Protests broke out over the weekend after a migrant boat that departed from Normandy was bound for a historic port town.Locals in Gosport, Hampshire, have described the scenes they witnessed over the weekend as a large anti-immigration protest broke out in the seaside town. A demonstration of around 300 people took place on Sunday night, as protestors held signs that read “stop the boats” and chanted “send them back”.
