Rs 4 crore ‘digital arrest’ fund lands in man’s account, Bombay High Court denies relief

The man claimed his phone was hacked and he allegedly received the money in his bank account but it was withdrawn the same day in October.The Bombay High Court has denied anticipatory bail to a man whose account received Rs 4.03 crore in a suspected ‘digital arrest’ fraud that targeted a doctor who was allegedly forced to pay Rs 7.17 crore.
