JUST IN : Rtd Captain Charles Byaruhanga Remanded To Luzira Over Fraudulent Sale of Late Dr James Garuga Land

The Buganda Road magistrates grade one court has remanded to Luzira Retired captain Charles Byaruhanga to Luzira Prisons over the case of fraudulent sale of land belonging to late businessman Dr James Musinguzi Garuga.Byaruhanga who was arrested on Tuesday was detained at Kira road police station where he was brought to court for the mention of his case.
