The Indiana Department of Child Services began investigating after the child was hurt at the “You’ve Got a Friend in Me” daycare in Monroe County, per the report.

Court records reviewed by the station state that investigators located video showing 31-year-old Haylie Moore seated on the floor while moving a crib containing the child back and forth.

The footage allegedly shows Moore repeatedly jerking the crib as the child lay on their stomach with their head raised, per the outlet. The child moved from side to side as the crib was shaken, according to court documents.

Authorities said Moore then pushed the crib away before pulling it back toward her. The crib allegedly separated in the middle, causing the child to fall through the bottom and begin crying after hitting the floor.

WXIN reported that court documents indicate Moore had previously rocked cribs and appeared visibly frustrated when children raised their heads. Investigators also reviewed another video in which Moore allegedly rocked a crib forcefully and could be heard yelling, “Stop.”
