A FURIOUS patient allegedly threatened a celeb plastic surgeon and demanded her money back just hours before he was executed at his Marbella clinic.Dr Alexander Aslani, 57, was gunned down in broad daylight on Wednesday after an assassin stormed his surgery and opened fire.Now detectives are probing whether the killing was a revenge attack linked to a disgruntled client who had repeatedly complained about the results of a cosmetic procedure.
