Brittany Hockley is expecting her first child with her husband of one year, Benjamin Siegrist.

The podcaster and former Bachelor star and the Swiss footballer announced the happy news in an Instagram post on Tuesday.

The 39-year-old and her man cuddled up in the sweet video, in which Benjamin, 34, cradled Brittany’s growing bump.

‘Can’t believe we are saying this, but it’s time for the next chapter… Baby squid is on its way!’ the caption alongside the sweet clip reads.

The couple’s friends and fans were quick to share congratulations in the comments section.

‘I am crying, and not just saying I’m crying, THIS ACTUALLY MADE ME CRY! Congrats you two,’ wrote Paralympian Ellie Cole.

‘OMG OMG THIS IS THE BEST. Congratulations,’ posted fellow Bachelor star Holly Nicholson, while Rebel Wilson’s wife, Ramona Agruma-Wilson, added: ‘Congratulations!’

‘Yes! So happy for you guys. Cute baby incoming,’ commented Bachelor star Jimmy Nicholson.

It comes after Brittany was forced to discuss her fertility struggles in the face of criticism over remaining childfree after her marriage.

Brittany had been sharing her luxurious lifestyle on social media, while travelling the world to exotic locations with her new husband.

‘I’m 38. Married. Travel the world. No kids,’ reads one reel shared on Instagram, that shows the genetically-blessed couple visiting Europe and various far-flung destinations.

That led to questions, and criticism, which Brittany addressed in a heartfelt social media post in July.

‘Every day I get asked why I don’t have kids, or if I am having them. That I am missing out. To that I say, I can’t fall pregnant,’ she wrote.

Brittany continued in her caption: ‘It’s not for lack of trying, trust me. No harm is ever meant when people ask, I know that. And my answer might sound blunt.

‘But we haven’t been able to fall pregnant. This is just the truth of it.

‘And anyone that struggles with infertility knows, it consumes your life and your thoughts. Because I also wonder when and if we will have kids. It truly is exhausting.

‘So anyone going through it, I get it. I get you. I feel you. There’s a lot of us!’

The television personality tied the knot with soccer player Benjamin in a lavish Balinese ceremony in June 2025.

Brittany recently announced that she was relocating to Italy to live with Benjamin.

She confirmed the exciting news in December, telling her Life Uncut co-host Laura Byrne that the move was necessary to spend more quality time with her husband after they tried a long-distance relationship.
