PAC: Ggoobi has failed Finance Ministry over Shs20.25b fuel, vehicle maintenance indiscipline

Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee has criticised the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, Permanent Secretary and Secretary to the Treasury Ramathan Ggoobi over Shs20.25 billion spent on fuel, motor vehicle maintenance and related expenses, questioning the ministry’s financial discipline and value for money.
