Three people have been killed and 36 injured in Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia’s King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and Abha Airport on October 6 and 7.
According to Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), one Sudanese national was killed in the attack on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.
At Abha Airport, Moroccan and Algerian female pilots were killed, while 28 people were injured. The injured included Saudi, Bangladeshi and Filipino nationals, with several reported to be in critical condition.
Eight people were injured in the attack on King Khalid Airport, including two Saudis, two Egyptian nationals and a Pakistani national.
All those injured were taken to hospital, where they received the necessary medical treatment.
