Female maid brutally tortured by Shahdara Police in Lahore

A female maid was brutally tortured by policemen under the guise of grilling at Shahdara Town Police Station in Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

According to the details, the male policemen locked her in a room, tied her to a bed, and tortured her.

The maid, who was later identified as Sadia, was summoned to Shahdara Town Police Station by ASI Bilal for investigation in a theft case.

The maid told the policemen that she did not commit any robbery. But the policemen tortured her, after which she became unconscious.

Maid Sadia said that she is unable to walk due to police torture. Her detailed medical examination was completed in Mian Munshi Hospital in Lahore.

The medical report showed that the police tortured her. Domestic worker Saadia suffered bruising on her legs and feet due to police violence.

The victim, Saadia, has demanded legal action against the police personnel involved.
