Dolly Parton’s nephew allegedly fired off series of foul-mouthed rants in emails amid estate battle

Dolly Parton’s nephew Bryan Seaver has been accused of sending a series of profane emails amid a dispute over a Nashville property linked to the late music icon’s estate.
The emails have surfaced amid Seaver’s ongoing legal proceedings over a temporary restraining order the late star’s estate has been granted against him.
Seaver, 49, was allegedly complaining about problems with security and construction at the property in the emails, which were included in a court filing reviewed by TMZ on Tuesday.
In a chain of emails under the title ‘Fwd: Letter from Dolly’ included in the filing, Seaver used strong language to express his thoughts on issues such as staffing; claims of subcontractors using drugs; and a project behind schedule, according to a legal filing reviewed by TMZ.
Emails included in the filing depicted Seaver as telling a man, ‘Let’s play ball you f***ing s***bag loser;’ saying his legal team would ‘start f***ing you up the a**;’ and telling the man, ‘Go f*** yourself you f***ing weakling,’ according to the outlet.
Seaver suggested in a separate email included in the filing that the man ‘wire [his] b**** on and start doing professional work;’ and calling him a ‘f***ing red leg bushwhacking Missouri s*** bag,’ the outlet reported.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Bryan Seaver, Danny Nozell and representatives for Pinnacle Bank for comment.

In the ongoing case, Seaver has been accused by representatives for the estate – She’s Alive, which Parton’s longtime manager Danny Nozell is in charge of – of making threats involving violence and business sabotage.
Seaver, in a motion filed on Friday, requested a 10-day extension to a hearing slated for October 9 in his ongoing litigation, according to the AP.
Seaver has had a difficult time securing legal representation in Tennessee, sources told TMZ Tuesday, as each of the lawyers Seaver has met with over the case have preexisting links to Pinnacle Bank, which is involved in the case.
The conflict of interest involving the financial institution has prevented Seaver from hiring an attorney to represent him in the case, insiders told TMZ.
She’s Alive said in an October 5 response to Seaver’s request for an extension that he had ‘attempted to evade service of process, and this court should not reward that behavior,’ People reported after reviewing a filing in the case.
She’s Alive said in its response to the court that on three separate occasions, attempts had been made to serve Seaver at his home, where he ‘had a no-trespassing sign in the front yard and barbed wire draped across the handrails leading to the front door.’
The company said in its filing that it was skeptical that Seaver was having problems finding legal representation.
She’s Alive said in its filing, according to People, that Seaver ‘waited until the last moment to take any action, and the court should not reward that behavior.’
A case summary reviewed by The Daily Mail on Tuesday indicated that the judge issued an order to grant an extension to the hearing from October 9 until October 20.
Seaver was accused by representatives for the estate – She’s Alive, which Parton’s longtime manager Danny Nozell is in charge of – of making threats involving violence and business sabotage.
His company Squadron Augmented Protection Services is also named in the lawsuit.
Nozell, who managed Parton for over 20 years, last month took out a temporary restraining order against Seaver, who served as the singer’s security chief and was entrusted by her to announce the news of her death in August.
In a legal filing reviewed by TMZ, Nozell claimed Seaver demanded money from him and began ‘invoking his self-proclaimed military-contractor experience, access to weapons, and capacity for violence’ while doing so.
Seaver was claimed to have called himself a ‘killer’ and to have told Nozell: ‘All I do is warfare…everyone needs to be worried about what I might do.’
Seaver later poured scorn on the ‘spurious’ restraining order, which he dismissed as ‘simply a publicity stunt,’ in a statement to People last month.
‘Dolly called me her killer,’ Seaver insisted. ‘It was a joke we used around her camp. I was her “baby boy ninja” and Danny Nozell took that text out of context to somehow imagine that I was threatening him. He’s always called me The Killer.’
Nozell filed for the restraining order under Parton’s company She’s Alive, LLC and noted in his legal documents that he had fired Seaver from his security role.
