Accused Franklin double killer on ’42 medications’ as child, said aunt

FRANKLIN, Ind. — A one-time neighbor of accused Franklin double murderer Michael Jerome James said the suspect had to be aware for years that he was under investigation for the killings of Chynna and Blake Dickus in July of 2006.The neighbor told FOX59/CBS4 that he knew as far back as 2020 after seeing detectives doing surveillance outside of James’ house across the street.
