The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) issued new rates for October 6, 2026. The Petroleum Division confirmed them in its notification.

Petrol cost Rs 387.40 per litre on October 1. It has gone up by more than Rs 6 in the first week of October.

Diesel cost Rs 400.35 per litre on October 1. It has come down by about Rs 2.59 since then.
