Jamesport woman injured in Monday crash involving two vehicles
A Jamesport woman was injured Monday morning in a two-vehicle crash on Route F in Jamesport. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the crash occurred at 8:25 a.m. on Oct. 5 in Daviess County.
According to the patrol, a 2026 Ford Mustang GT driven by a 21-year-old Trenton man was stopped at a stop sign. A 2009 Honda Odyssey driven by a 61-year-old Jamesport woman was traveling east on Route F.
The patrol reported the Mustang GT failed to yield to the Honda Odyssey and entered the intersection. The front of the Mustang GT struck the driver’s side of the Odyssey. The Mustang GT came to rest in the roadway facing southwest. The Honda Odyssey came to a controlled stop in the roadway.
The Jamesport woman sustained minor injuries and was taken by Daviess County Ambulance to Cameron Regional Medical Center for treatment. The patrol reported she was wearing a seat belt.
The Trenton man was not listed as injured. The patrol reported he was wearing a seat belt.
The Mustang GT sustained extensive damage and was towed from the scene by Bridgeman’s. The Honda Odyssey sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol was assisted at the scene by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office.
