Unsuccessful candidates cannot challenge selection process after participating: MPHC

Bhopal/Jabalpur: The Madhya Pradesh high court has held that a candidate who participates in a selection process without raising any objection cannot challenge the process after being unsuccessful. The court made the observation while dismissing a petition filed by Dr Krishna Kumar Kesharwani, officiating assistant librarian at Prof Harisingh Gour Central University, Sagar .
