Police name 43-year-old man killed in North Uist crash

The crash happened at about 21:00 on Wednesday 30 September at Loch A'Bhruid and involved two vehicles, a black Mercedes A Class and a black Kia Ceed.
Thomas Sharpe, 43, was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Glasgow where he died a short time later.
A second man, aged 36, was taken to hospital in Benbecula.
Sgt Calum MacAulay said: "Our thoughts remain with the family and friends of Thomas at this very difficult time."
The force said inquiries were ongoing and asked anyone with information to contact them.
