Paris Hilton Runs Through Paris Streets in Completely Sheer Elie Saab Dress

For the outing, Paris Hilton wore a dramatic black Elie Saab creation covered in intricate lace and floral detailing. The floor-length gown featured a high neckline, long sleeves, and a figure-hugging silhouette. Its extensive sheer sections made it anything but conservative.

Black floral appliqués were strategically scattered across the transparent fabric. This created an elaborate pattern from the neckline all the way down the skirt. The see-through material revealed the black undergarments beneath, while the fitted construction emphasized Hilton’s figure. She paired the gown with towering black platform heels and a quilted black Chanel handbag with a gold chain strap. Oversized black sunglasses and a voluminous blonde updo, with loose face-framing pieces, completed the look.
