(WKRC) — An Indiana man accused of molesting three children hundreds of times for multiple years is facing more charges after investigators determined he broke a no-contact order with two of his victims, reports FOX 59/CBS 4.

Brayton Arthur, 30, is being held in the Monroe County Detention Center on eight counts of child molestation, two of which are Level 1 felonies. Detectives began investigating the allegations against Arthur in July, and he was booked into jail on Aug. 8.

According to new court records, as of Friday, Arthur is now also charged with three counts of attempted invasion of privacy after he allegedly called someone from the jail on Sept. 4 and told them to "f****** talk to [two of the victims] for him" because he was not allowed to do so. He also told the person that he would likely be sentenced to life in prison if he were to be convicted, saying he "could not do life in prison" and "could not beat the [Level 1 felony] charges," per court documents.

The phone call was reviewed later in September. While Arthur claimed he could communicate with the alleged victims via an intermediary, investigators said he still had violated the no-contact orders.

Arthur's bond was initially set at $250,000 surety and $50,000 cash. A new bail hearing will take place Wednesday, and a pretrial conference is scheduled for Oct. 26.
